UGA Theatre will hold auditions and callbacks for our Spring semester productions of John Proctor is the Villain, the New Georgia production The Art of Noticing, and Murder on the Orient Express in person at the Fine Ar

Mandy Kay Rodgers (2008, Film Studies and Magazine Journalism) has 15+ years of experience in the film/entertainment industry using skills gained from both of her majors.

The department would like to congratulate Associate Professor Vivian Appler and Professor/Department Head Julie Ray on being awarded the Kay Parker Professorship and Caroline Ridlehuber Professorship respectively. 

From Tony Award-winning playwright Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, writer of “An Octoroon” and “Appropriate,” comes “Everybody,” a modern adaptation of the 15th century morality tale “Everyman,” which itself is thought to be an adaptation of an earlier Dutch play, “Elckerlijc.
